Spring Rates and Revalve
Revalve working with stock components.
FORKS AND SHOCK, REVALVE, FULL SERVICE AND SETUP •Complete disassembly of forks and shock including all internal parts •Inspection of all parts for wear or damage •Inspect and check inner and outer tubes for straightness •Polish chrome tubes •Dissasemble piston assemblies, clean and flatten pistons. •Re-Valve to match body weight and skill level •Replace oil seals, inspect dust seals, bushes and replace if necessary •Rebuild with high performance fork and shock fluid •Set up info pack with base settings for sand, dirt and hard pac tacks •All suspension work will receive Shocktech stickers unless instructed otherwise. •Oil Seals, gas and oil included
Describe the service, springs, optimize stock components, etc etc ..
- Includes our standard SHOCK SERVICING
- Install new springs as required*
- Install SKF 2.0 Seal Head
- Revalve for revised spring rates and Rider Profile (OEM valves)
- Set rear end sag to get bike balanced
- *Additional service fee or component cost (e.g. worn out bushings, shock shafts, shock bodies etc.)
FORK TUNING
- Revalve for spring rates and Rider Profile (OEM valves)
- Includes our standard FORK SERVICING
- Install new springs as required*
- Set fork preload to get bike balanced
SHOCK TUNING
- Revalve shock for revised spring rates and Rider Profile (OEM valves)
- Includes our standard SHOCK SERVICING
- Install new springs as required*
- Install SKF 2.0 Seal Head
- Revalve for revised spring rates and Rider Profile (OEM valves)
- Set rear end sag to get bike balanced
